Encourage employees to participate in setting goals and determining how to achieve those goals.
Counsel top performing employees about the quality requirements which are required to achieve for larger responsibilities within organization in the future.
Inform subordinates which important results they are expected to accomplish. Clarify their duties and responsibilities
Work with subordinates in developing "standards of performance".
Provide appropriate recognition and rewards to subordinates for the results they have achieved on the job.
Employees are informed about our overall organizational plans and operating results
